Now comes V aughan & Bushnell Manufacturing Company ("V aughan"), by and through its
attorneys, Davis & Campbell L .L.C. and requests that its previously filed Proposal of Amendment to
a Site-Specific Rule be amended as follows
:
At the end of the Section titled "Consideration of the Environmental Impact of the Proposed
Amendment on the Affect Area (34 Ill . Adm. Code Section 102.210(d))" on page 10, the following
shall be inserted

Published Study or Research Report

A published study or research report was not utilized by Vaughan in developing the proposed
amendment and therefore such a demonstration is not applicable to this proposal
