HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On January 26, 2006, a telephonic status conference was held. Respondent did not
appear. The complainant represented that a settlement has been reached and that a stipulation
and proposal for settlement (stipulation) is being drafted. The complainant also represent that it
is awaiting the Board’s decision on the motion to consolidate, filed January 5, 2006. To that
end, it was agreed that respondent’s answer is now due to be filed April 14, 2006.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic status
conference with the hearing officer on March 23, 2006, at 10:30 a.m. The telephonic status
conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its
own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of
the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
