HEARING OFFICER ORDER

hearing officer. Respondent did not appear. Complainant will discuss this matter with
respondent to determine the likelihood of settlement.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 10:30 a.m. on February 27, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
