HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On January 26, 2006, petitioner and the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency
(Agency) participated in a telephone status conference with the hearing officer. The Village of
Saybrook did not appear. Petitioner will soon file an amended petition that addresses questions
from the Agency and the Board. The parties will be prepared to set a hearing date at the next
status conference.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 10:00 a.m. on April 3, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
