HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On January 26, 2006, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference
with the hearing officer. The complainant represented that there are some issues that
remain, including historical and permit issues. The parties,, however, remain fairly
optimistic that theses issues will be resolved. To that end it was agreed that respondent’s
answer is now due to be filed on or before April 21, 2006.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic
status conference with the hearing officer on March 30, 2006, at 9:45 a.m. The
telephonic status conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is
nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the status conference, the parties
must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and their readiness
for hearing.
