HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On January 26, 2006, complainant participated in a telephone status conference
with the hearing officer. Respondent did not appear. Respondent has advised
complainant that it does not plan to respond to the motion for summary judgment.
Accordingly, the parties are awaiting the Board’s ruling.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 11:00 a.m. on April 25, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated
by the complainant.
