    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
     
    On January 26, 2006, a telephonic status conference was held. The
    respondents, Wooten Construction, Ltd., and Smithfield Properties L.L.C., have had
    discussions and meetings with the affected homeowners regarding an attempt to resolve
    this matter. The complainant and the respondents are discussing language for a
    stipulation and proposal for settlement that would satisfy all concerned.
     
    The parties or their legal representatives are directed to appear at a telephonic
    status conference with the hearing officer on March 30, 2006, at 9:15 a.m. The
    telephonic status conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is
    nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the conference the parties must be
    prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and their readiness for
    hearing.
