    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On January 26, 2006, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with the
    hearing officer. The petitioner represented that they intend to have a technical meeting with the
    Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (Agency) regarding the issues that remain concerning
    the proposed groundwater monitoring system in March 2006. Petitioner’s expert will be
    unavailable until March due to surgery.
     
    The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic status
    conference with the hearing officer on April 20, 2006, at 11:30 a.m. The telephonic status
    conference must be initiated by the petitioner, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its
    own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discus the status of
    the matter and their readiness for hearing.
