HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On January 24, 2006, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. Respondent is almost finished cleaning up the site, and complainant
will reinspect the property in two weeks. If the work is completed, complainant will send
respondent a stipulation.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 9:00 a.m. on March 13, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated
by the complainant.
