    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On January 24, 2006, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with
    the hearing officer. Respondents will return the signed stipulation and settlement
    agreement to complainant by the end of next week.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer at 9:30 a.m. on March 13, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated
    by the complainant.
