    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On January 24, 2006, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with
    the hearing officer. Complainant’s inspector has requested more information from
    respondent Gill, and it is being compiled. The attorney for respondent Harrison will file
    his motion for summary judgment as soon as Mr. Harrison signs the affidavit.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer at 9:30 a.m. on February 27, 2006. The call shall be initiated by the
    complainant, and both the complainant and the hearing officer will call the respondents’
    attorneys.
