HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On January 24, 2006, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Respondent’s attorney will consult with the technical unit to get the most recent
permit language that applies to the groundwater monitoring provisions at issue in this case.
Respondent will forward the language to petitioner, and if the parties agree that the language will
resolve this appeal, the appeal will be dismissed.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephonic status conference with the hearing
officer at 11:00 a.m. on March 28, 2006. The telephone status conference will be initiated by the
petitioner.
Petitioner filed an open waiver of the decision deadline in this case.
