My name is Lester Trilla and I reside at 10250 Fifth Avenue Cutoff, Countryside,

IL 60525 .

My home is approximately one mile from the Illinois Tollroad

.

Because of this

close proximity, and the increase in traffic each year, the noise level is very great,

making it difficult for my family to get sleep. We are also inconvenienced while

outside of our home because of the noise level coming from the Tollroad

.
