HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On January 18, 2006, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference
with the hearing officer. The parties represented that they have reached an agreement on
the civil penalty and are circulating a draft stipulation and proposal (stipulation) for
review. It was agreed that the respondent’s answer is now due to be filed on or before
February 24, 2006.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic
status conference with the hearing officer on February 23, 2006, at 11:15 a.m. The
telephonic status conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is
nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the status conference, the parties
must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and their readiness
for hearing. If, however, a stipulation is filed prior to the next status conference, the
conference will be cancelled without further order.
