HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On January 19, 2006, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with the
hearing officer. The parties represented that a redraft of the stipulation and proposal for
settlement (stipulation) containing language revisions is being circulated for review. The parties
remain optimistic that a settlement will be reached.
It was agreed that respondent has until April 14, 2006, in which to file its answer, if
needed.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic status
conference with the hearing officer on March 30, 2006, at 9:30 a.m. The telephonic status
conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its
own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of
the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing. If, however, a stipulation is filed
prior to the next status conference, the conference will be cancelled without further notice.
