HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On January 19, 2006, complainant participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Respondent’s attorney did not appear. As last reported, respondent was
considering the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency’s proposed changes to the settlement
agreement. If respondent’s attorney is unable to appear at the next status conference, she is
directed to contact complainant’s attorney in advance to discuss the status of this case.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 10:30 a.m. on February 21, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
