    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On January 19, 2006, petitioner participated in a telephone status conference with
    the hearing officer. Respondent did not appear. Petitioner will dismiss this appeal when
    it receives a final ruling on a related enforcement case filed in circuit court. Before the
    final ruling is issued, petitioner needs to perform additional work at the site. Thus, the
    final ruling may be delayed for another 180 days.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer at 11:00 a.m. on June 6, 2006. The call shall be initiated by petitioner.
      
    Petitioner filed an open waiver of the statutory decision deadline for this case.
