    On January 19, 2006, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. Petitioner has submitted additional information and is waiting for the final
    approval letter from respondent.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 9:30 a.m. on February 21, 2006 . The status conference shall be initiated by the
    petitioner.
     
    Petitioner has filed an open waiver of the statutory decision deadline for this case.
