    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On January 17, 2006, complainant participated in a telephone status conference
    with the hearing officer. Complainant is still seeking information from the Illinois
    Environmental Protection Agency that may necessitate an amended complaint.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer at 10:30 a.m. on March 16, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated
    by the complainant.
