HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On January 17, 2006, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. The parties are finalizing the proposed stipulation and settlement agreement, and
will send the proposal to the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency for approval. By the next
status conference, the parties should have a better idea of when this matter may be dismissed.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 3:00 p.m. on February 21, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
