    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On January 12, 2006, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. Respondent requested an additional seven days, or until January 19, 2006, to
    respond to the People’s motion to strike affirmative defenses. The People did not object. The
    extension to January 19, 2006 is granted. If the response is not filed by January 19, 2006,
    respondent shall file a motion for leave to file
    instanter
    with the Board.
      
    The parties are reminded to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 11:00 a.m. on March 7, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated by the People.
