ORDER OF THE BOARD (N.J. Melas):
On December 21, 2005, Home Oil Company (Home Oil) moved the Board to voluntarily

2005. Accordingly, the Board grants Home Oil’s motion, dismisses this case, and closes the
docket.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
I, Dorothy M. Gunn, Clerk of the Illinois Pollution Control Board, certify that the Board
adopted the above order on January 5, 2006, by a vote of 4-0.
