    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On January 10, 2006, petitioner participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. Respondent did not appear. The parties are still discussing the possibility of
    settlement.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 2:00 p.m. on May 15, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated by the petitioner.
     
    Petitioner has filed an open waiver of the decision deadline.
