hearing officer. Respondent did not appear. Petitioner still needs to send additional information
to respondent for expedited review.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 2:00 p.m. on May 15, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated by the petitioner.
Petitioner has filed an open waiver of the decision deadline.
