HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On January 10, 2006, petitioner participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Respondent did not appear. The parties have settled this matter, and petitioner
will dismiss this appeal when payment is received.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 2:00 p.m. on May 15, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated by the petitioner.
Petitioner filed an open waiver of the statutory decision deadline in this case.
