    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On January 10, 2006, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. The parties will soon circulate a proposed stipulation and settlement agreement
    for signatures. The parties will also be filing with the Board a motion to correct respondent’s
    name.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 10:15 a.m. on April 10, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated by the
    complainant.
