    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On January 10, 2006, complainant participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. Complainant has received partial test results from sampling at the site, and is
    willing to give respondent more time to complete testing.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 10:00 a.m. on April 10, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated by the
    complainant.
