    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On January 10, 2006, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with
    the hearing officer. The parties continue to exchange discovery documents, and will set
    up a meeting next month to discuss the possibility of settlement and/or a proposed
    discovery schedule.
      
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer at 9:30 a.m. on April 10, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated by
    the complainant.
