HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On January 10, 2006, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. On December 15, 2005, the Board granted complainant’s motion to
stay this proceeding until such time as the Board orders otherwise. While the federal
action continues to move forward, a resolution is not likely in the near future.
If the parties have not moved to withdraw the stay on this case by December 31,
2006, the hearing officer will direct the parties to submit a status report.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
