HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On January 5, 2006, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. The parties are engaged in settlement discussions, and agree that the deadline
for respondent to answer the complaint is stayed until such time as it appears that a hearing will
be necessary
