HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On January 5, 2006, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. The parties are discussing settlement, and respondent is working with the
Illinois Environmental Protection Agency on a permit . The parties agree that the deadline for
respondent to answer the complaint is stayed until such time as it appears that a hearing is
necessary
.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 2:30 p.m. on April 4, 2006 . The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant .
