    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
    On January 6, 2006, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with
    the hearing officer. Respondent has hired a noise expert, and his report will hopefully be
    complete within the next 60 days. Respondent plans to depose complainant, and
    complainant will prepare questions for respondent’s witnesses.
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer at 2:00 p.m. on March 6, 2006. The telephone status conference will be
    initiated by the complainant.
