HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On December 22, 2005, petitioner filed a motion to cancel the hearing in the above-
captioned matter that was set for January 4, 2006. All parties are in agreement with the motion.
Also on December 22, 2005, a telephonic status conference was held with all parties present.
The petitioner represented that settlement discussions have been initiated and are progressing
satisfactorily. As such, petitioner requested that the hearing be cancelled. Petitioner’s motion
was granted and the hearing set for January 4, 2006, was cancelled.
On December 16, 2005, petitioner filed a motion for extension of time to respond to
motions to dismiss filed by the respective respondents. Without objection, petitioner’s motion
was granted and the petitioner’s responses are now due to be filed on or before January 20, 2006.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic status
conference with the hearing officer on February 23, 2006, at 9:00 a.m. The telephonic status
conference must be initiated by the petitioner, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its
own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of
the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
