    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On January 5, 2006, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. The parties are circulating the proposed stipulation and settlement agreement for
    signatures. If the settlement agreement is filed with the Board before the next status conference,
    the meeting shall be cancelled with no further notice.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 1:30 p.m. on March 7, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated by the
    complainant.
