HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On January 4, 2006, petitioner participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Respondent did not appear. Petitioner is still waiting for respondent’s
settlement letter. Petitioner agreed to file one additional 60-day waiver before setting this matter
for hearing.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 2:00 p.m. on February 2, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated by the
petitioner.
The decision deadline is currently April 6, 2006.
