HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On January 5, 2006, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. Petitioners have submitted proposed permit modification language to
the FAA, and expects the language to be approved. At that time, petitioners will submit
the proposed permit for respondent’s approval. Petitioners agreed to file an additional
90-day deadline waiver within the next seven days.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 10:00 a.m. on April 4, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated by
the petitioners.
The decision deadline for this case is May 4, 2006.
