HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On December 22,, 2005, a telephonic status was held . The parties represented that
settlement discussions continue, including internal discussions on the part of the respondent . The
petitioner anticipates filing a motion to consolidate the above-captioned matter with PCB 06-91
.
The petitioner represented that it will file a waiver of the statutory decision deadline .
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic status
conference with the hearing officer on February 16, 2006, at 9 :45 a.m. The telephonic status
conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its
own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of
the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing .
