HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On January 3, 2006, complainant participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Respondent did not appear. Complainant reports that settlement negotiations
have reached an impasse. This case will be set for hearing at the next status conference . If
respondent does not appear at the next status conference, a hearing date will be set without him .
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 11 :00 a.m. on February 9, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant .
