HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On January 4, 2006, complainant participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Respondent did not appear. Complainant's attorney will ask its inspector to
determine whether the site work is complete .
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 9:30 a.m. on March 9, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant .
