HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On December 22, 2005, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with the
hearing officer. Respondents Edward Pruim and Robert Pruim filed a motion for extension of
time to file their motion for summary judgment . Over objection, the respondents were directed
to file their motion for summary judgment on or before January 13, 2006
.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic status
conference with the hearing officer on February 2, 2006, atlO :00 a.m. The telephonic status
conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its
own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of
the above-captioned matters and their readiness for hearing
