HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On December 15, 2005, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with the
hearing officer. The petitioner's attorney represented that it will discuss the draft petition with its
client and will forward the petition to the respondent for its review prior to the next status
conference .
The parties are directed to participate in a telephonic status conference with the hearing
officer on February 16, 2006, at 10 :00 a.m. The status conference must be initiated by the
petitioner, but each party nonetheless is responsible for its own appearance . At the status
conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and
their readiness for hearing
