HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On January 3, 2006, the parties were scheduled to participate in a telephone status
conference with the hearing officer . Both parties contacted the hearing officer in advance to say
that they would be unable to appear. The parties are awaiting the Board's ruling on petitioner's
