HEARING OFFICER ORDER

hearing officer. Petitioner has been paid, and will soon be filing a motion to dismiss.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 2:00 p.m. on January 10, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated by the
petitioner.
There is an open waiver of the decision deadline in this case.
