    On December 13, 2005, respondent filed a motion for extension of time until
    February 16, 2006 to answer the complaint. The motion states that complainant does not
    object. Accordingly, the motion is granted.
     
    The parties are reminded to participate in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer at 9:00 a.m. on January 5, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated
    by the complainant.
