    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On December 15, 2005, respondent filed a motion for extension of time until
    December 29, 2005 to answer the complaint. The motion states that complainant does not
    object. Accordingly, the motion is granted.
     
    The parties are reminded to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 2:30 p.m. on January 3, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated by the
    complainant.
