    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On December 12, 2005, the hearing officer was absent due to a funeral. On
    December 13, 2005, the hearing officer contacted petitioner. Petitioner agreed to file a 180-day
    decision deadline waiver within the next seven days. Additionally, petitioner did not object to
    respondent’s motion for extension of time to file the administrative record. Accordingly, the
    deadline for the administrative record is extended until it appears that a hearing will be
    necessary. At that time, a deadline will be set.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 9:30 a.m. on February 14, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated by the
    petitioner.
     
    The decision deadline is March 2, 2006.
