HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On December 12, 2005, the hearing officer was absent due to a funeral, but the parties
left a message that they have started discussing this matter. Petitioner agreed to file a 180-day
waiver of the decision deadline within the next seven days.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 1:30 p.m. on January 17, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated by the
petitioner.
The statutory decision deadline is March 2, 2006.
