    On December 13, 2005, the parties participated in a telephone status conference
    with the hearing officer. Respondent is compiling estimates for retrofitting and
    geothermal solutions.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer at 4:30 p.m. on February 2, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated
    by the complainants.
