    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On December 13, 2005, complainant participated in a telephone status conference
    with the hearing officer. Respondents did not appear. Complainant has filed a motion to
    dismiss respondents Steve and Gladys Whyte. Complainant sent respondent Thomas
    Gray a request to admit facts, and the responses are due by January 3, 2006.
    Complainant then plans to file a new motion for summary judgment by January 9, 2006.
      
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer at 9:30 a.m. on March 14, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated
    by the complainant.
