    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On December 13, 2005, petitioners participated in a telephone status conference
    with the hearing officer. Respondent did not appear. On November 30, 2005, petitioners
    filed another revised permit with respondent. Petitioners hope that this draft will
    adequately address all of respondent’s remaining concerns. The approval process is
    expected to take several months.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer at 11:00 a.m. on April 4, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated by
    the petitioners.
     
    Petitioners have filed an open waiver of the statutory decision deadline in this
    matter.
